At ~120°C, the micro capsule explodes, releasing Perfluoro(2-methyl-3-pentanone) to cool the ignition source, sharply reduce oxygen, and scavenge active radicals, breaking the chain reaction. Combined with oxygen blocking and char formation, it fully extinguishes the fire in its early stages.
